A Necessary Pause

Hello everyone!

I’m just dropping in to let you know that I am taking a break from posting for a while. An avalanche of changes hit me right in the back of the knees and now I’m just trying to survive.

Part of that survival means putting this publication on hold until after the first of the year. If you have a paid subscription, you won’t be charged during the pause.

And one quick note… Remember that thriving means resting when we get tired, giving ourselves the space and time to heal our bodies, spirits, minds, and calendars. With any change, we have to find the balance again.

Over this holiday season, enjoy the kindness and merriment. Play. Tour the neighborhood and enjoy the lights. Weep with sadness and joy. Celebrate those who are with you and those who have passed out of your life.
