So how do we do this work?
We unlock your wisdom and creativity to overcome the obstacles to your chosen project. This happens through email coaching, face-to-face coaching, and retreats.
Coaching
In my coaching, we work together to unlock your wisdom and creativity to overcome any obstacles to your chosen project. And we get to have fun while we do that! Along with Kaizen-Muse coaching tools, I use tarot, oracle, and other creativity decks within our process. I always hope to weave delight with wisdom, play with imagination, and delve into intuition as we discover your solution and select your next small step.
At the end of our session, you receive follow-up notes to remind you of our conversations and help you stay on track during the rest of the month. Clients say that these notes contain such valuable information that they return to them again and again.
Coaching Packages
The best way to ensure your continual progress through your transformation is touching base, either through email or face-to-face coaching.
I combine Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching tools with the email coaching method I learned from Eric Maisel (who started the field of creativity coaching back in the 1990’s) to create a way for us to affordably work together. With this method, you write and let me know the issues you are confronting, any progress made toward your goals, and anything else that comes to mind. Then, I respond to your email with thoughts, tools, and encouragement. Two sessions of email coaching are included in the regular paid subscription level.
For consistent progress on your creative project, a simple monthly package of one 45-60 minute in-person/Zoom session and weekly check-ins over email gives you actionable advice and room to do the necessary work. Alternatively, if you wish to jump in with both feet (and get a discount in the process), you can sign up for the Founding Member level at $1200 for twelve months of coaching with one 45-60 minute in-person/Zoom session and weekly check-ins over email.

Who Am I?
I'm LA (as in tra-la-la) Bourgeois, a Kaizen-Muse Certified Creativity Coach and professional writer with experience in editing and self-publishing my own book as well as shepherding others through the process. My own writing spans journalism, creative non-fiction, ghostwriting and copywriting. My background includes operating small businesses and non-profits with a focus on what I call the "housework" of the business including marketing, bookkeeping, HR, and all of the other little things that keep businesses running, as well as a B.A. in Theatre.
